Q: My goods has been delivered with damage?
A: It is most unlikely that your goods will be damaged in transit because of the sturdy and durable packaging, although it is possible.Please confirm that the goods are in good condition ( no broke ,complete ) then sign for the goods before the courier. If you find that some parts are damaged when you sign for the goods , please take photos and contact us before the courier, and we will arrange to ship you replacement (good parts )again soon.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.
