Automotive Braking Engineering and Manufacturing

Chengdu Jishiwei Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (JSW) is an automotive technology company based in Chengdu, China, focused on braking products, engineering and manufacturing.

Established in 2022, JSW supports product development, application engineering, manufacturing, supply-chain coordination and OEM/ODM braking projects.

JSW is also the industrial engineering and manufacturing platform behind RF RACER.

RF RACER focuses on branded brake products, vehicle applications and market-facing solutions. JSW focuses on the engineering and industrial work behind those products — how braking components are designed, produced, validated, managed and supplied.

Manufacturing Scope

JSW operates a quality management system certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015.

The current certified scope covers:

Design and production of hydraulic brake calipers, and production of brake hoses.

The certificate was recertified on September 10, 2026 and is valid until September 9, 2029, subject to the applicable surveillance requirements.

For other product categories, JSW distinguishes between in-house manufacturing, supplier-supported processes and production through qualified manufacturing partners rather than presenting every supplied component as an in-house process.

Engineering and Intellectual Property

JSW develops automotive brake products and maintains intellectual-property assets related to braking and automotive component engineering.

These include brake-caliper design patents, a brake-disc utility-model patent, a carbon-ceramic rotor-hat floating-block design patent and registered software copyrights relating to automotive component design and manufacturing.

Patent ownership demonstrates specific design and intellectual-property activity. It is not presented as a substitute for product-specific performance testing.

JSW was also recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in China in December 2024.

JSW and RF RACER

JSW owns registered intellectual-property assets associated with RF RACER, including the Chinese Class 12 trademark “锐迪凡” and the registered RFRACER artwork copyright.

The relationship can therefore be understood as two connected roles:

Standards and Evidence

JSW publishes certifications, intellectual-property records and other evidence according to their actual scope, validity and relevance.

A certificate for one product or process is not automatically treated as evidence for every JSW product.

OEM / ODM Cooperation

JSW works with brands, distributors and industry partners on automotive braking projects.

Depending on the project, cooperation may include requirement review, product definition, application engineering, structural development, sample preparation, validation planning, manufacturing, qualified supplier coordination, quality requirements, branding and packaging.

Manufacturing responsibility and validation requirements are defined according to the actual product and project.
