Chengdu Jishiwei Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (JSW) works on automotive brake engineering, hydraulic brake caliper manufacturing and brake hose production in Chengdu, China.

Engineering & Manufacturing

Our work starts with the vehicle and its component interfaces. We review dimensions, mounting requirements, wheel clearance and the intended application before defining the project scope.

OEM/ODM Cooperation

Projects can include application-specific components, branding requirements and kit configuration. Sampling, validation, manufacturing responsibilities and supply arrangements are agreed for each project.

JSW & RF RACER

JSW is the engineering and manufacturing platform. RF RACER is the market-facing brake-product brand. Related components can involve engineering, integration or qualified supply partners; their responsibilities are defined separately.

Quality Management

The ISO 9001:2015 certification scope covers the design and production of hydraulic brake calipers and the production of brake hoses. Product testing and vehicle fitment are reviewed separately.
