Quality Claims Need a Defined Scope

A quality certificate has meaning only when its organization, process, product scope and validity are clear.

JSW therefore connects public quality claims to specific current evidence rather than treating one certificate as proof for every product supplied by the company.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

The certified scope is:

Design and production of hydraulic brake calipers, production of brake hoses.

Recertification / current issue: September 10, 2026

Certificate valid until: September 9, 2029

Certification applies within the scope and location stated on the certificate and remains subject to the applicable surveillance requirements.

Product-Specific CCC Certification

JSW also holds current China Compulsory Certification documentation for specified automotive disc-brake-lining programs.

The supplied certificates cover specified product formulas and certificate-defined product scope.

For these brake-pad programs, the certificates identify JSW as the certification applicant and producer, while the designated physical manufacturing enterprises are separately identified on the certificates.

This is an important distinction between product responsibility and physical manufacturing responsibility.

Consistency Means More Than a Sample

A successful sample alone does not establish repeatable production.

For OEM and ODM projects, product definition, manufacturing responsibility, supplier responsibility, inspection requirements, traceability and engineering changes should be managed as part of the production system.

JSW will publish more detailed process-control information only where the current process and supporting records have been verified for public disclosure.

Evidence by Product

Certification status is not automatically transferred from one product category to another.

ISO 9001 scope, CCC certificates, third-party reports and other evidence are therefore linked to the specific products and capabilities they actually support.
